Our delivery times include processing, fulfillment, and shipping time. Typically, processing and fulfillment take a few business days, although processing duration may vary based on the item(s) and fulfillment location(s). It's important to note that different items in an order may come from multiple fulfillment locations and thus may be shipped separately at different times. However, regardless of the number of shipments, a single order incurs only one shipping fee.

The actual shipping time depends on the fulfillment center, delivery destination, and chosen shipping method. Once your order or any part of it is fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will send you an email containing tracking information.

Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10-30 days for delivery.

It is essential to understand that BLACKSITE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. However, all shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities regarding claims made with the shipping carrier.
